How quickly are gifts shipped once the order is placed?
Gifts usually go out the next day (Mon – Sat). Sometimes they can go out that same day if ordered before the mail goes out. If you need a local hand-delivery, we can usually make it the same day or the next! 😊
How can I place a bulk order for several gifts?
The easiest way is to email [email protected]. Melissa can work with you if the gifts will all be the same, or each one different from the others. She will get a list of the items you’d like, the message for in the gift card, and the names/addresses of the recipients. You’ll get an invoice for the total order including any shipping and/or sales tax that you may pay with a check or credit card.
Can I have a custom box made?
We love doing custom! Yes! We can do a custom box top or an entirely custom box for you with your logo, and/or message. They need to be ordered in multiples of 25. Some clients order a bunch and we fill the orders as they need them sent out, keeping the extra boxes in-house for future orders. It can take about 3 weeks to receive the custom boxes from designing to delivery, so please allow us some time to make it happen. There is a $50 design fee. Email [email protected] to get started!
Do you have an on-going program to send out gifts as I need them?
Yes! We can talk to you about the type of gift that you want and decide on the standard or you're free to switch it up based on the recipient. We send them out as you need them. For example, we can make you a custom box that we keep on-hand for you. As you have customers that you’d like to send a gift to, drop us an email and tell us how many and where they need to go. We will invoice you for only the gifts that get sent out. Easy!
Can I add my own gift card or do you add one for me?
We always add a gift card with your personal message. But if you’d like to provide your own gift cards, we are happy to include them! Let us know what you’d like to do and we will arrange to get the cards before the gifts go out.
Can I place my company swag in my gifts?
Absolutely! We love to include company logo items and work them into your RVA to Go or Tastes of Virginia gifts.
Do you hand deliver in the Richmond area?
Yes! We are happy to deliver in the metro Richmond area within the 288/295 interstate circle. We can also deliver any bulk orders to you if you plan to hand them out. We also deliver to area hotels or meeting spaces for you. If you need a delivery outside the 288/295 circle, please email [email protected]. I'm happy to deliver further out for a minimal extra charge!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship most anywhere in the world! Email us for a shipping quote. We always check rates before shipping for you. Sometimes rates are crazy high so we want you to know before we ship!
Help! I need a gift ASAP! How quickly can you help me?
Email [email protected] and she will do her best to get your gift out that day. If possible, she will get it ready in under an hour and deliver that day in the Richmond area if needed! We can be super speedy! :-)
Can I add gift cards from local breweries or restaurants to my gifts?
Sure, you can! Tell us what you’d like and we can arrange to get the gift cards for you and pack them in your gifts.
Can you guarantee my gift will arrive on a certain date?
We do our very best to get the gifts out for your special date. Unfortunately, once we hand them over to the post office, we cannot guarantee a delivery date; only an approximation. If you need one delivered locally on a certain date, we can do our best to hand-deliver on that date.
Can I just have you supply the snacks for my own packaging?
Sure, you can! We are happy to save you time running all over town looking for items and provide them for you! Having a wedding or other event with special gift bags? We can fill them!
Do you offer any packing services?
Yes! We can package your company logo items in your own custom box. Or pack up your items in a gift bag. Need it packed and don’t want to hassle with it? Email us and we will do the work!

We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail since they arrive in better shape than with other carriers. The rates depend on the recipient address. See the map below for the zones.
